Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between LCD and LED digital signage?

LCD signage uses a single backlit liquid-crystal panel — sharp, color-accurate, and ideal for close viewing in stores, lobbies and kiosks (typically 32"–98"). LED signage is built from modular light-emitting diodes that tile into very large, seamless walls and posters for long-distance, high-impact viewing. As a rule of thumb: LCD for detail up close, LED for scale and brightness from afar.

How bright does an outdoor display need to be?

Brightness is measured in nits. Indoor displays run roughly 350–700 nits; semi-outdoor or window-facing units need 1500–2500 nits to fight glare; full-sun outdoor signage should be 2500 nits or higher. All 360SPB outdoor models include auto-brightness and anti-glare treatment so content stays legible from dawn to dusk.

Can I update content remotely after installation?

Yes. Every display runs Android OS with our cloud CMS, so you can upload media, schedule playlists and push updates to any screen — or your entire network — from a web browser. No USB sticks, no site visits.

Are the outdoor screens really weatherproof?

Our outdoor signage carries IP65 sealing (and IP67 on rugged marine models), protecting against rain, dust and humidity. Enclosures include air-cooling or climate control so the panel runs reliably across a wide temperature range, year-round.

What sizes are available, and can screens run 24/7?

Sizes range from 13" up to 98", in portrait or landscape. All units use commercial-grade panels designed for continuous 24/7 operation, with a typical backlight lifespan of 50,000+ hours — that's years of round-the-clock playback.

Which displays support touch interaction?

Our touch-screen kiosks and interactive whiteboards use capacitive or infrared multi-touch, ideal for wayfinding, self-service ordering and check-in. Non-touch models are recommended for pure advertising where interaction isn't needed — and cost less.

Do you offer warranty and after-sales support?

Every product includes a 5-year warranty and 24/7 technical support. As the manufacturer, we handle parts, replacements and CMS guidance directly — no third-party runaround.
