Love my Photo Booth they did great job and love the design and quality.
You will waste $1000. The iPad enclosing ever so slightly covers up the camera. It is not a quick and easy process to set up, as far as set up should go. So many tiny screws that you can lose easily (they do send you extra). It is VERY top heavy. Do not sneeze in this things direction, it will blow over. They iPad housing is so cheap and sections are not seamless. When I brought it to their attention, that it affected the pictures this was their exact response.
"But we customized it according to the size you provided, ipad pro 4th 11", are you using the same model and size of ipad now? I just asked my colleagues and my previous customers' feedback. They did not encounter this problem. Or is there a place where you installed it, so it was blocked?"
It felt like there was no concern or effort to even take care of me as a consumer. It feels much like "Here's your shitty booth, good luck out there!"
I am disappointed I bought this booth, and wish I could get my money back. I bought this booth to use for my business, and it's embarrassing to show this booth to customers, so I will no longer be using this for my business. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to get a quality one. DO NOT BUY
